Provenance

Discovered in the late 1960's in Tuscany by Luciano Pistoi - Sold in his gallery in Rome in 1970 to Guido Pron - Collection of Guido Pron in Rome, in Radda in Chianti after 1979 and in Paris after the mid 1990's - Collection of Alessandro Pron, Paris, from 2001 until ca. 2010 - Antoine Broccardo, Paris, ca. 2010 - Private collection, Portugal, acquired from the above, until 2022 - Oscar Graf Gallery, acquired in 2022.

Exhibitions

This piece was first shown, and most likely made for the Prima Esposizione Internazionale d'Arte Decorativa Moderna in Turin, 1902.
